Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on full priced items - Original tags must be attached - Clothing must be in new, original unused condition. Exchanges for a different size are accepted on sale items if available -Original tags must be attached - Clothing must be in new, original unused condition.

To make a return or exchange-

First Make sure the item is returnable based on the above restrictions and you are aware of the shipping charges.

All returns and/or exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt of your order. After 14 days we are unable to accept any returns. We do track this.

Contact us at sales@limelollieskids.com to receive your return/exchange authorization. Let us know of your return/exchange, include order number and the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return. You will receive authorization within 48 hours. Once you receive authorization we allow 7 days to ship the return.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please allow up to 10 days for your return/exchange to be processed.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please know that until we have received your return/exchange, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via FedEx or UPS with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
